I was born in the tiny rural town of Coromandel, New Zealand.
Growing up on a farm with my parents and six siblings in a cramped three-bedroom house, life was far from easy.
My parents, immigrants from Austria and Switzerland, started with nothing. They worked tirelessly, cutting our farm out of the bush with their bare hands.
From a young age, I was always looking for ways to earn money.
At six, I earned my first pay by collecting snails from my mom’s garden. By 17, I had saved enough to invest in the stock market, but I quickly lost everything in the 1987 crash.
These early financial setbacks were brutal, but they taught me invaluable lessons about life, money, and success.
My turning point came in 1997 when I read “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. Inspired, I bought my first rental property in Cambridge, New Zealand, while working in London.

In 2002, I returned to New Zealand with my wife, determined to turn my real estate dreams into reality. Transitioning into property development full-time, I faced countless challenges and sleepless nights. But with every project, my confidence grew, and so did my success.
My journey from a small-town farm boy to a successful real estate developer is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
